There’s a lot of things to unpack here, but the first thing I think we need to note is that the “Eye” is the ability to make the camera angle change in such a way as to look around corners and into walls. The Eye, like many other things, is best described as a function of your camera angle. A person with a low camera angle might be able to see things you can’t, if you place your subject in front of a mirror. But a person with no camera angle at all can’t see very well. That’s why the Eye is so creepy.
