Some habits are so ingrained that they can’t be changed. Take habits of regular hygiene such as brushing your teeth and cleaning your home. These are habits that are so deeply ingrained that they are hard to break, even though there are many ways to change them. That’s because habits are automatic, they’re a natural response to an environment. Without the habit of doing these things, you really have no way of knowing if you’re actually doing them.
