This song is what a lot of people do when they’re in a crisis. They immediately jump on the phone to talk to their loved ones and friends to figure out what to do. This may not be the best idea as it sounds more like a panic attack than a plan.
I think that’s part of why so many people have trouble with control. We all have this kind of control that we believe is natural, but that doesn’t always work for us. Most of the time we convince ourselves that we have this control over our lives that we know exists, but that we are not truly in control. We also have this control that we think of as natural but that we just do not have the willpower to use it.
The problem with control lyrics is that they are so powerful they seem to have a life of their own, and at the end of the day we have to control them. Even when the lyrics are correct, we do not have the willpower to actually use them. I found an old tape of mine that had control lyrics on it.
I wrote control lyrics, so I know what I’m talking about. But I still think it’s funny how people can still be so naive about control. All we are, at the end of the day, is a bunch of gears that cannot be screwed up. We can’t control the things we do, but we can control the things we choose to do, and that is what makes it interesting.
One of the nice things about the control lyrics is that we can all sing along to them. But that’s not what I have in mind. I have a video on YouTube of the lyrics for “The Way I Am” by Elton John. You can hear the lyrics over and over, but it is not actually sung by John or his band. It is just a bunch of people in the studio singing along with the lyrics.
