scooby doo makes it hard to get yourself out of the habit of checking your email when you’re busy with work or school. It’s one of the best ways to get organized.
The coolest part about this feature is that it’s automatic, but not really. By default, scooby doo will send you an email every time you open a new email. It also automatically puts you in your inbox, but you can turn that off by going to your personal preferences and setting it to “no,” which will only put you in your inbox when you’re actually on that particular email.
If youre a person with a lot of junk email, or have been using them as a time-waster, you could try setting your email preferences to no. However, if you have a habit of checking email when busy, you will probably find it too much.
You’re right, but you’re also right about one thing: email is too much of a time-waster. I have a couple of friends who check email too much and just end up spending their whole day checking and refreshing their inbox. I like to think of the email as a little piece of fun, a quick way to check in on friends and make sure theyre okay. I usually end up doing a quick email with a status update or two.
I think email is a time-waster too. I check my inbox almost every day. I check it twice a day, just in case something comes up that I didnt know about. And, in case you forgot, it is a time-waster because it forces me to do a lot of things in the inbox that I would rather not have to do. I look at my email every morning before I get out of bed and just go through it to see if anything is important.
And then there are the days where I go through everything that I have in my inbox. I check a lot of things. I check it once a day. And then there are the days when I go through it in a few hours and read every single thing that has happened in my inbox on the news, in magazines, and on the internet. I do this just so I dont miss anything.
I’ve noticed that it’s very hard to read your inbox when you’re in bed, so I would advise you to do the same thing. It makes it easier to keep your eyes open and on the road.
I agree, I use the same trick every day. I have a book of emails on my desk. I go through all the emails that I have in my inbox and delete the ones that I dont want to see. But I dont delete anything that I can find its just that theres no way I can remember what I did on a particular day.
You might be thinking, “well how will I know if I missed something?” I know this is the hardest part, especially if you dont want to miss anything. But you can try just checking all your emails and then deleting some of the ones that are not important. That should pretty much do it.
If you can’t remember, you can always check your junk email box. The idea is to see if you can find the email you missed. But there is also the possibility that the sender is still online and you can delete the email without deleting the sender.
