It’s fun to find out how Texaco’s employees are feeling about their job, which has become a bit of a joke during this recession.
I have been a Texaco employee for almost 15 years. I have been pretty much always happy with how they do their job. They are extremely well-trained, dedicated, and compassionate. They treat everyone like a valued employee, and have a great attitude around the office.
This is a good thing. The Texaco restaurant system has always been one of the best places to go for lunch or dinner in Phoenix. The only bad part is that when it is in the middle of the heatwave, and the workers start complaining about the heat (literally), then it’s not a good thing.
Texaco has many ways to cool down the workers, and its easy to see why they have a good amount of employees if you keep the place clean. It is also the only place that serves alcohol to the workers, and this is not something that happens often.
I don’t know the exact number of employees, but its been said that there are approximately 16,000 employees, so I’d say there are actually about 4,500 of them.
With all the people complaining about the heat, I get the impression that the workers are complaining about the heat too.
